سلام
من یه فایل XML دارم اگه بخوام Encoding اونو عوض کنم اگه میشه منو راهنمایی کنید
میخواهم UFT-8 به Arabic عوض کنم
اما وقتی به صورت دستی ادیت میکنم و جای UFT-8 رو با windows-1252 عوض میکنم این ارور رو میده
ممنون میشم که کمک کنید منو :icon_wink
